A <| TWD |> member must follow these rules
Being regularly active on the chats rooms (Facebook or Skype) except of these cases:
- Absence due to studies or school
- For a valid or an obvious reason (like sickness for example)
- If he/she has a job, he/she just has to be active during the week-end.
- Being active means discussing and not just saying "hello goodbye"
